Medals come gift boxed. Available in 2 sizes:

Medium 7/8 inch medal on an 18 inch chain and Large 1 1/8 inch medal on a 24 inch chain.
Size is measured from top of loop for chain to bottom of medal.

Chains with sterling silver medals are stainless steel. Chains with gold filled medals are gold plated.

The medium medals are ideal for Baptisms and First Holy Communions and adult women. The large medals are ideal for Confirmations and adult men or women.

Select from Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, or 14K Gold (Chain not included with 14K Gold medals.)

Memorial: Aug 9. Also known as Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, Edith was a child from a Jewish family. She converted to Catholicism when she realized her lack of faith in Judaism. During Hitler’s reign, she fled to Holland with her sister. Both were captured and died in the concentration camp at Auschwitz.

Edward became King of England and was well liked by his citizens. He was known for his generosity and his love for God. He married for his people but remained celibate for his God. He built many churches, including Westminster Abbey.

Elizabeth was the daughter of the King of Hungary and was involved in an arranged marriage at 13. She frequently tended to the sick and was not approved of by the family of her husband, King Ludwig of Thuringia. When she was banished from the castle after the death of her husband, she gave gifts of bread to the poor, leading to her patronage of bakers.
